Friday, October 24th
Hiking, Yoga & Sound Bath

- Start the day with an energizing yoga practice that focuses on flexibility and grounding.
- 8:30 am: Breakfast
- Enjoy a wholesome, nourishing breakfast to fuel your morning.
- 9:30 am: Expert-Guided Hike
- Choose between:
- Blood Mountain Hike (4 miles, 5 min drive)
- Stunning views of the North Georgia mountains await you.
- Amicalola Falls (2.2 miles, 45 min drive)
- Experience Georgia’s tallest waterfall on a beautiful nature trail.
- 12:30 pm: Packed Lunch (on the trail)
- Enjoy a packed lunch while surrounded by the beauty of nature.
- 6:00 pm: Dinner
- Reconnect over a delicious dinner, highlighting seasonal, local ingredients.
- 7:00 pm: Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath
